Mi especialidad es la simulación de proteínas que unen calcio mediante el uso de dinámicas moleculares all-atom. Estudio la diversidad conformacional en la familia de las proteínas beta-gamma cristalinas, y con la ayuda de alineamientos estructurales identifico los residuos implicados en la pérdida de afinidad por el calcio de las mismas en vertebrados, con sus respectivos impactos en la dinámica del plegado. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
